Meet your Facilitators
Erica Kreismann, MD, FACEM
Erica Kreismann, MD, FACEM, is an emergency physician and board-certified executive coach. An aeromedical retrieval specialist, she has been a department director and is an established executive whose focus remains supporting and developing teams, embedding practices of self-compassion and embracing the discomfort that is inevitable when we step into the space of personal and professional growth.
Erica left Brooklyn on a one-year adventure 12 years ago and has never looked back. She lives in Tasmania with her 4 kids, nurturing her passion for building community and connection, exploring the far reaches of the earth, and figuring out how to bring more kindness and courage into the world.
Lucy Reed, FACEM
Lucy is the Director of Emergency Medicine at Launceston General Hospital in Tasmania; a large regional hospital with a small family feel. She has found fulfillment in supporting and advocating for her team while also leading with compassion and kindness. Lucy acknowledges that leadership is an ongoing journey of challenges, achievements, friendships and connection.
When not caring for patients in the ED, she can be found in nature or playing violin in a local community orchestra.
